Touriz Investment Group (TIG), through its Davir division, announces a new strategic investment in the sports and entertainment sector with the development of a soccer and padel complex in Miami, scheduled to open in June of this year.

The project is currently in its final stage of development and will soon open as an integrated venue combining professional soccer fields, padel courts, sports bar areas, private event spaces, and community-driven experiences designed to bring people together through sport.

This investment aligns with the remarkable growth of soccer in the United States over recent years. The rise of Inter Miami CF, the arrival of international talent, the strengthening of domestic leagues, and the anticipation surrounding the upcoming FIFA World Cup 2026 have positioned the sport as one of the most dynamic and promising sectors in the country.
